macOS: fix the build with AppleClang and use the Eglantine app icon
The zbic_compression.cpp warning suppressions only matched the Clang and
GNU compiler IDs, so AppleClang failed it with -Werror=unused-function.
The bundle pointed at dist/eglantine.icns, which was never added after
the rename (and the fallback to eden.icns shows Eden's logo); generate it
from dist/Eglantine.png and use it.
