nx2: find the upscale images outside title 4's slots
Kirby Air Riders' upscaler reads a 2048x1152 image at cbuf0+0x80 and
writes a 2560x1440 one at +0x90. When title 4's slots don't form an
upscale pair, use the first two handles in cbuf0+0x80..0x11c that do.
