nx2: ATOMG and local spills with an immediate offset
ATOMG.E.ADD through a uniform pointer and STL/LDL.32 at RZ only took a zero
offset; title 4's loading screen uses [UR + 4] and [RZ + 4]. Maxwell ATOM
has a signed 20-bit offset at bits 28-47, STL/LDL a 24-bit one at 20-43.
