nx2: video decoder commands of later SDKs
gsv 905(u8) opens the decoder's creator session like 902; the SDK of
later titles (ipc::Initialize(true)) sends it instead of 902, and the
auto stub left those titles without a decoder (handle 0).
The decoder service also takes 201 and 202 (initialize with a fourth
u32 and with a further u64), 210 (copy handle and four u32, only a
result back) and 400: a frame like 109 with a second A buffer, a
0x838-byte information block. SubmitInput now finds its data words
after however many A descriptors the request has.
