ci: build and publish only the Linux x86_64 PGO AppImage
This fork only ships the Linux PGO build, so drop the other platforms,
the tar.gz and the Discord ping, which needs a webhook secret this
repository doesn't have. Publish a checksum alongside the AppImage.
