nx2: route the gsv feature groups' image commands to the image handlers

The gsv feature groups (vi 3xx, camera 6xx, 8xx, chat 12xx, 16xx) share
one server template. Their image commands now use the handlers the chat
and native image commands already have:
- x11 (image preference, count, memory): create an image pool
  (311, 321, 615, 811, 1611);
- x12 (id): destroy it (312, 612, 812, 1212, 1612);
- x91 (preference, count): pool size and alignment (391, 691, 891, 1691);
- x61 (id): the CPU image descriptor (361, 861);
- 494, 801, 1601: permission checks.
They were zeroed placeholder replies, so a pool came back as id 0 with
size 0.
