video_core: EDEN_NX2_DRAW_LOG diagnostics for draws and macro parameters
Off unless EDEN_NX2_DRAW_LOG is set. Logs draws of programs whose ISBEWR
writes were dropped, draws skipped for lack of a pipeline, and a summary every
20000 draws (instanced draws, base instance, macro calls whose parameters sit
in GPU-written memory), to compare Fast and Accurate runs.
