nx2: gsv 906 opens a video decoder session
Newer SDKs (nn::codec::video::detail::InitializeServerContext, title 4)
send 906(u8, u64 decoder library version) where older ones send 902.
Auto-stubbed, it returned no handle and title 4 aborted with
InvalidHandle (0xE401) when its first movie started, about 30 minutes
into a new game. 906 now hands out the same session as 902.
