nx2: lower TLD.SCR with a texel offset
Bit 76 puts a texel offset after the coordinates and level. For 2D it maps onto
Maxwell TLDS 2D.LZ.AOFFI (x, y in Ra, Ra+1, offsets in Rb) and 2D.LL.AOFFI (level and
offsets in Rb, Rb+1).
