nx2: lower TMML for 1D, 3D and cube textures and with a uniform handle
Kirby Air Riders queries the LOD of a cube texture whose handle is in a
uniform register (TMML.LOD RZ, R43, R32, UR4, CUBE, 0x2, in 16
programs). Take the 1D/2D/3D/cube coordinate counts (all from Ra when Rb
is RZ, otherwise split as for TEX), and emit Maxwell TMML.B with the
handle first in Rb for the uniform form (bit 91).
