Once a texture is uploaded the host GPU has its own copy, and the guest
rarely reads that memory again, but it stayed in the emulator's working
set. Every 600 frames the guest ranges of images uploaded since (64 KiB
or more, not GPU-written or sparse) are marked cold through
HostMemory::HintCold, backing and CPU view, from a low-priority worker,
so the OS pages them out before anything else when it needs RAM. Their
contents stay; using them brings them back. Mario Kart World's title
screen at ~10 minutes: game memory in RAM 4.8-5.5 -> 3.6 GB, the
emulator's real RAM 10.6-11.9 -> 9.4 GB, frames over 100 ms not worse.

Switch 2 sparse blocks and GPU-only regions get guest memory when a game
writes them (Mario Kart World copies 2-4 GB of compressed textures into
its sparse texture pools) and the texture cache reads it again only when
it builds an image there. Every 30 s, mark that backing cold: its pages
leave the working set (VirtualUnlock on Windows, MADV_PAGEOUT on Linux)
so the OS compresses or pages them out before anything else when RAM is
short. The contents stay. Mario Kart World: 8.5 GB of RAM in use at five
minutes instead of 9.0 GB on a machine with RAM to spare, frame times
unchanged.

Reduces the page entries from 32 bytes to 8 and rewrites `VirtualBuffer` to be more efficient in memory usage and specifically for large zero regions.
The page table will now only reserve 1GiB instead of 4GiB and of this memory it should only use at most ~8MiB.
This PR has the side effect of using Eden on Windows on low memory systems much more plausible since it would previously require ~10GiB of committable memory at front (despite using ~5-6 at most, inadvertently stalling other processes) where as now it should only require around the amount that it'll actually use.

Replaces all instances of ankerl's unordered map/set with boost's
`unordered_flat_*` classes. This uses std::hash since boost::hash is
actually a lot slower.
Also adds an abstraction layer in `Common` so future changes are quicker
and easier.
Other implementation details:
- ankerl provided hash specializations for tuple and pair, so those were
ported here
- std::erase_if doesn't work on boost, so just used the ADL'd erase_if
This should be about equal or superior performance as unordered_dense for everything except iteration.

system is created (#3688)
- our logging code was bigger than spdlog itself, why???? just keep it simple
- fix issues when logging before logging system is even started
- removes the "initialized logging twice" issue
- removes uneeded indirection in file logging
- uses direct formatting instead of jumping hoopla-around the fmt::format() ressult
- code duplication and dead code removal as usual
I did explore dup2() but I think it's not worth the hassle
I did try `fwopen()` but it's better if things are just kept as-is.
there is a lot of noise because I removed a bunch of redundant files on logging and just put everything in one file
now normally this wouldn't be a good idea, however consider: the complexity of logging; it's less than 500 lines... does it really need a whole subsystem?!?!?! ITS JUST LOGGING

ankerl::unordered_dense::map/set variants (#3442)
mainly doing this to reduce memory footprint; we all know how nice ankerl::unordered_dense is
in theory 4x faster - in practice these maps arent that "hot" anyways so not likely to have much perf gained
i just want to reduce mem fragmentation to ease my porting process, plus it helps other platforms as well (ahem weak Mediatek devices) :)

Compilation and CMake fixes for both Windows on ARM and clang-cl, meaning Windows can now be built on both MSVC and clang on both amd64 and aarch64.
Compiling on clang is *dramatically* faster so this should be useful for CI.

Rationale: Throwing when running out of memory just creates sad paths for no reason (and at that point, just abort immediately). We are using MAP_NORESERVE, if there isn't enough memory a crash will follow anyways.

for memory misallocation (#116)
• MSAA Fixes: Fixes upload/download for MSAA textures using temporary non-MSAA images. Ensures compatibility with color formats and adds fallbacks for depth/stencil.
• Memory fix misallocation: Adds checks for null/zero-length operations in memory management and improves cleanup to avoid crashes (Related to crash issues due to misallocation, RP5 and 865)
• Vulkan Initialization (RAII): this almost rewrites the way vulkan initializes to avoid crashes, using a correct order now (thanks @crueter for the initial fix)
•Please check before merging:
- Test MSAA workflows (especially color/depth transitions and low memory cases).
- Verify memory operations (e.g., unmapping zero-length regions).
- Check Vulkan object lifetimes and platform-specific behavior.
- Check others plataforms beyond android
Why is everything in one PR? Otherwise, this is all a big fix, by checking the points above we can create a branch for each one and check them by themselves. I'm not standing still while I'm away, I'm just out of time for now.

Track the private anonymous placeholder mappings created by Unmap() and
wherever possible, replace existing placeholders with larger ones
instead of creating many small ones.
This helps with the buildup of mappings in /proc/YUZU_PID/maps after a
longer gaming session, improving stability without having to increase
vm.max_map_count to a ridiculous value. The amount of placeholder
mappings will no longer outgrow the amount of actual memfd mappings in
cases of high memory fragmentation.

It is possible for virtual_offset to not be 0 when the iterator is at the beginning, and thus, std::prev(it) may be evaluated, leading to a crash in debug mode.
